The lower case S looks like a backwards C in my opinion or a sideways U.
Anyway I like how it's simplistic and has information about it on the front. Although the sign up part looks similar to lots of other sites of the same genre. What's unique about your site?

Its cool, like the landing page.
The headings have too much of a drop shadow, spoils it. Also the landing page uses a bit too dark colours, would look much nicer if they where lighter.
The name seems to complicated, a shorter simpler one would be more effective.

Looks very similar to twitter and the logo doesn't fit in, good luck nevertheless!
