I am wanting to create a business email newsletter like this, sort of.

So how can one create a email newsletter with images and formatted etc?

The easy way would to be use some newsletter service like Mailchimp (http://mailchimp.com/). Although if you want to roll your own then it is not really much different from creating a website, it is just html/css.

Does iframe work in email? Just an idea create it on a web page then use iframe (if iframes work in html).

Just about every email service on the planet will block an iFrame
