well im gunna try this for a month, see if it does anything
1 - Drink Green tea with no milk in
2 - Drink a drink [;o] made from boiling water and squashed WHOLE lemons [no lemon juice in the cartoons, pure whole lemons], ment to work wonders on your hair and skin
4 - Do 100 sit ups every day in the morning
5 - Dont drink fizzy drinks
6 - Eat fish instead of meat [fish is not as fattyier]
I wondeer if it will work
