It was a dirty move but c4 haven't been playing dirty? The report made it seem like she had never even entered habbo before. Fair enough if she had of been upfront and mentioned her previous role on the site and her original views and why they changed but she never. I don't see how he is blaming her for their mistakes but I do agree that Paul needs to take some responsbility and should be admitting that moderation has declined in standards since the merge and the measures he plans to take.

C4 was only investigating the safety side of Habbo, though, and I don't think most people are understanding that. They're interpreting it all as an attack to Habbo itself, and it isn't.

"The purpose of our report was to bring this issue of moderation to light and highlight the potential dangers to young children."

And now Habbos are sticking up for Paul when just last week they were making the same complaints, the same ones tehy've been making since the merge! I don't understand it one bit.

I was annoyed that becs said what she did, but actually thinking about it. The whole thing about sulake outsourcing its moderation team is kind of the reason why moderation deteriorated the way it did. PaulLaFo needs a good smack in the puss, don't even know him and I dislike him lol

Not always. For the under-aged people, yeah, but then the moderators don't do enough to close the cybering rooms, firstly, or to stop the graphic, violent, pornographic talk.

Becs worked there til 07, though, and even when the interview (10) was there, it was with old UK mods still there, too, and Emma Monks lol.

But then they outsourced to SG.
and then in 2012 they outsourced to a call center.

of course she'd be shocked.

I think what Rebecca said in that video was fantastic (about Moshi Monsters) - how moderators are casually browsing the site constantly for bad behaviour, even without a report being in made. It's a shame that there a) aren't enough mods for that on Habbo b) the community is far too big c) moderators don't even use the game .

I don't think it's fair C4 compared Moshi Monsters to Habbo, but that moderation technique mentioned if something Sulake really need to bring back .

The only way they can bring this back is by re-introducing Hobbas or player moderators which in its self poses all kinds of security leaks as happened many times in the past.
