Ugh, this is so annoying - unmute already, no need for any 'big event' to unmute the hotel. Its not like the hotels been muted for the past 5 years!

A while ago on Twitter someone suggested to Paul La Fontaine about using the MOD- Prefix again. It got implemented after that. Anyway it's crap now that the Mods don't even enter the client. Before the merge they used to answer CFH's from inside the hotel and not housekeeping, also they used to actually goto rooms looking for inappropriate behavior. Now they just seem like robots.

I'd presume so^. Because MODs can ban yet not unban, I'd think that you'd need to have housekeeping to unban (which is for Customer Support staff). But then again, if Mods don't use/go on the hotel to ban people I'm sure they'd need to have housekeeping? Funny how little we know about Mods these days lol.
