Internet problem +rep

So we just got new fiber optic broadband.

I'm connected via wireless with my laptop, it works fine - but every few minutes or when I play a YouTube video, the internet stops and says 'Limited Access'. I enable/disable wireless and it's back working in seconds. It doesn't happen on my phone or iPad so I'm guessing it's a the laptop, anyone know what it can be?

That kept happening on my compaq pressario cq50, I thought it was a problem with the actual router but it was my laptop. Try updating your wireless driver.
