I'd been logged into the same computer all day (well, forever in fact), sat in the same position. Suddenly, BAM - permanent ban. What on Earth?

I've contacted customer services and I got the auto-reply asking me a load of questions. I answered that right away, but I know I'll have to wait forever now...

Yes it is good, but it isn't seeing as my account wasn't hacked it was practically given to me for no purpose what-so-ever.

well she put my first ticket as "solved" so i created a new one and said i'd like to deal with another staff member. then she said that i already have one open and i shouldn't create a new one.... so i said i only created one because you said my other one was solved when it clearly wasn't. then i went to the solved one and that's the one she's replied to... but she hasn't replied since the 25th so i might have to send another message and ask what the heck is going on...
