Either way, I don't see them making any efforts to stop 12 and unders joining? I joined when I was 9. They didn't ban me or stop me using the service.

if you're honest with your date of birth and it's under 13 (or 11 can't remember if they allow 11-13 with parental permission or not) then you can't register.
