I think I'd become very bored aha,

I guess I would just arrange to go out with mates and go out with the family for a while.

i wish my internet would die more often lol i'd have to get myself out of the house, beg my mum to go on a roadtrip or ask a friend to go out for lunch or something otherwise i'd be so bored at home. i never watch tv so id bake or just read but i like to do most my reading on the internet (cause i read one thing, find something else then read about it and have a million tabs open).

amazing how much we rely on the internet and how much we could do without it. it's no longer a luxury but a necessity. that's kinda sad. i wish i never got so addicted in the first place.

Depends really. If I needed to do homework on it then I'd be pretty angry or really wanted to talk to someone then it'd suck, otherwise I wouldn't really care (unless it was for a really long period of time). I'd just watch TV and movies which is just as good most of the time.

I'd probably go out more, read more, study more, generally live a more productive life

That's a frightening idea-- Considering the fact that if I lived in South Korea I'd no doubt be admitted to one of their internet addiction prevention clinics, I'd wager that without internet I would live a fairly productive live wherein I would read more books and discover the meaning of "outdoors". If I was ever told what the internet was and that I couldn't use it I might consider investing in cyanide capsules.

does that mean no cell service either?
I'm at a point in my life where I don't care if you like me or you don't. If you like me, cool. If you don't, meh.

Smartphones would be virtually useless anyway wouldn't they? Even with cell service there wouldn't be any data.

I thought I would post this here as it's some what related. A guy over at TheVerge started at the end of April to see if he can live without the Internet for a year. You can see how it's been progressing by going to: http://www.theverge.com/label/offline (Bottom is the oldest, top is the newest)

Although it's not life without the internet it is still pretty interesting to see the changes he has had to adapt without being connected all the time like he would be previously.

Meh, I'd just go back to reading books forever.

Although saying that, had a 1 hour powercut and went mad without it :/
