He's also promising more staff interaction at least on twitter/the sulake blog. That can't be a bad thing, well unless they completely forget about using the hotel.

The question is.. why are we last? I don't see why he kept all hotels muted, then unmute them all together.

And we're meant to be the pilot hotel! I guess it's because the report was aimed at .com more so than other hotels. :/

Biggest hotel & the media spotlight was pinned predominately on the .COM hotel, so they want to show that they are taking all the required action and implementing it properly on the 'lesser' hotels

if it works once. why does it have to be tested EVERYWHERE else? they only had to do .fi to see if it worked right? then bam put it everywhere.

Yes we are, (I bealive) and I would imagine it the .COM hotel that makes the most profit, due to there being 3-4 different countries within it. surely if it was for bug testing, he woulda seen that the Finland umute was fine.. so unmute all the other hotels? I'm sure he would had find more bugs and whatnot by launching this on a bigger hotel.

Anyway, I can't wait for the unmute, It feels like it's been forever. I understand why .com is last, and I don't mind being last either.
