host the image u want in image shack. Then take the hotlink to forums (1) link and paste the text
[IMG]blah blah blah (website location of picture)[/IMG] into your sigiature.

upload what ever pic you want to http://imageshack.us for exsample, then copy the absoute url, for it.
then put
[img] URL OF IMAGE [/img]
Without spaces, and with the absoulte url for the images insted of the URL OF IMAGE text, in your sig, and then the image should appear
