there are alot of way. u could post it as a forum (enable html in one)
u coudl put it ion the bored rules section, or even ad it to teh bored wrapper along with its own section parts?

cool WWW.MYSHOUTBOX.COM looks pretty good, ist bigist advantge over shout mix is the fat u get as many messegs as u want, athogh, shoutmix does have an admin editor function. anyway its your choise what u use
