I need to find an app that works over iPad and iPhones.

I do the businesses rotas on the Numbers App on my iPad and I want to be able to view that from my iPhone, and allow the staff with iPads/iPhones to view it as well.

I just basically need an app where I can share the rota, and they can view it easily, with also the possibility of me making changes to it and them seeing it straight away.

Any such thing?

I have dropbox but it never lets me upload documents?

I need to upload the document from the iPad itself to whatever service I'm using. No computers used in the process whatsoever.

+1 for Dropbox or Google Drive, I do this a lot using my Laptop/Desktop/Android phone/iPad
