is there Real Bad Lag or is it just me?

Um im sitting in a room and basically when ever some1 talks theres about a 10 second lag then when every1 talks the speech blurbs go flying off the screen. any1 else getting this?

I sometimes have to wait a few secs before loading someones room sucessfully. Not as bad as it can sometimes be when the whole hotel as a majority freezes

It takes like a min to load a room but there is rele bad console lag
