I know a lot of time was wasted but they'll learn from their mistakes. I made prank phone calls in the past and although they weren't to emergency services, they were to support lines which wasted and abused a lot of professional time that could of been used on someone who genuinely needed help and although it was funny at the time, I regret it. I told the lovely lady on the phone that my friends insulted me and I couldn't go swimming because I had big floppy boobs.
