Welsh Government made it law for shops to charge 5p for single use bags.

That's mad to charge for bags, I could probably justify charging for plastic bags etc. but McDonalds bags are literally paper, right?

They just started them giving them out the other day at my local McDonald's, I have 2 atm, will probably have 4 or 5 by the time the olympics finishes haha.

You still get them in leeds, not had 1 though, I don't buy big ones
