    I read the original on fanfiction.net !!!!!! It was awful, but it was 2am, I didn't want to go to sleep and there was no one around to talk to. I got sent it by a friend, by the way, I would never search Twilight fanfic ;s

    Yeah, I couldn't finish it because I found it literally unreadable!!!!!

    Just realised.. I was listening to somebody on YouTube talking about it a couple of days ago and he was just talking about how if Stephenie Meyer loved these books so much, she could write a fanfic of 50 Shades of Grey and then we would be stuck in this vicious cycle of badly-written and terrible books while the two authors (if you can really call them that, lol) live off of each other!!

    Don't know which is most annoying;
    - People using the book to "spice up" their relationships; I guess it's each to their own but I'm pretty sure a soft porn book isn't going to sort out your relationship problems long term.
    - A clothing line for men inspired by one of the characters; I could understand a range inspired by a REAL person, but this is just silly.

    I'm not really bothered about badly written fiction if the story/characters are good but "romance" as the main plot never really appeals to me. Add controlling man/submissive woman into it and no, thank you, I'll pass.

    I was told this book isn't as saucy as it's hyped up to be? Not that I really care, never interested me but then I didn't really think it was intended for people like me.
