    Can never sleep omg. I went at 4am last night and woke up 4 hours later (1 minute before work....), my fault that time for attempting all nighter though LMAO. But still, I don't get really tired/sleepy 'till 2am-ish. It sucks.

    I used to have really bad insomnia (it's only mild now) back in.. January? February? It was really bad for me and I wanted to kill everyone all the time I used to stay up with @Intersocial; most nights until about 2-3am and get up 3-4 hours later for school

    Tips:
    -Have a bath before you go to bed.
    -Read for 30-60 minutes before even trying to sleep (no electrical devices!!!!!)
    -Make sure you're cool enough (window open, fan on, etc)
    -Do exercise during the day so you tire your body out.

    Or that's what I did xP

    some good tips, just as well my dad phoned me from work and told me to cut the hedges excercise done

    That would kill me! I love my sleep haha I can normally sleep until like 1pm ish

    i sleep very well a little too well sometimes..
    however, i never want to sleep so force myself to stay up then when i finally sleep, i don't want to wake up
    oh and when i need 8+ hours sleep i'll get about 6. when i don't need to do anything i'll sleep 9+ hours

    I'm normally fine with sleeping but my house (and my dads tbh) are so warm upstairs it's unreal. I have the window open all day and these past few days with the warm weather I've had to take the cushion duvet bit out the cover and only have the duvet cover. Much better!
