As for the old design, I wouldn't be against it. However, at times (especially during things like SNQ), the room can go over 25 users. It could easily be worked around but I'd rather keep it at a 50 room capacity.
Easily dealt with by doing in like a z room or the largest non-vip one, just blacking out the walls and floors and stacking something ridiculously high to block any exit from the area without looking messy, so then you could get ur 50.

But ye tbh i do prefer newer layouts over the classic ones, and as kirst said they are in the past for a reason, we have all this much nicer furni around now, and personally if i had my way and i'm sure kirst would love it too it'd be gothic all year around ;p

The whole idea of a blast from the past is quite a good one but to change just the helpdesk for a week or two and nothing else seems like a lot of trouble for no real gain. That layout would fit in the current room and I do have a spare holly wall if it's ever needed though.

new funi better? hahaha, nice joke.

I approve a retro layout 100%. Sometimes you don't need to go into stacking bunches of crap together with 50 million effects to make a layout.
