Windows 8 now feels to Windows 7 as Windows 7 felt to Vista, cleaner and faster.

Indeed, also running Windows 8, Only issue I have is it thinking I have 2 screens and opening everything on the other screen.

Also, how did you get the start button? Just wondering.

This. Best utility I've found so far, has loads of customisability - my favorite feature so far is that in Explorer it adds an "Up" button to go up a directory (Rather than using back and forward).
