I've just ate a delicious plate of jambalaya! It's a traditional Caribbean dish influenced by Spanish cuisine. It was very spicy! For this competition I want you to:

OMG JAMBALAYA IS PROBABLY MY FAVOURITE DISH... especially when it's made with pasta instead of rice.

Anyway... we once tried escargot on a cruise through The Bahamas. You wouldn't have thought they were snails: they just had a really strong garlic taste with a mushroom-like texture. That's probably the most "exotic" thing that I've eaten!

This isn't the actual picture, but it's close. This is an indian cuisine, and what they do is take the chicken's organs and cook them and make a little sauce, and it was actually good.
