UGH. Second time I've been caught out by the races being a week apart instead of a fortnight

At least I know the race is on now and not like last time where I stumbled across the final 10 laps at my aunts.

I think they are mainly all now on a weekly basis ...

Great for the McLarens to get a 1-2 for the start of the race!

Hope they can end with the 1-2 in the race too!

Well that was a good race! Glad Lewis won the race, but such a shame for Jenson.

Not a good day at all for both of the Red Bull cars, but a great one for Chico (Perez) getting 2nd place!

Fan of the BBC Formula 1 coverage and a fan of Jake Humphrey?

Well it seems he won't be hosting the 2013 season that's for sure. He has a kid on the way anyway but it seems he is going to work with BT.

Jake Humphrey to be the face of BT’s Premier League football

TV sports broadcaster Jake Humphrey is to be the face of BT’s Barclays Premier League football coverage.

Jake, 33, who fronted some of the BBC’s European Championships football coverage from Poland and Ukraine this summer, will be the studio anchor of BT Vision’s Barclays Premier League programming from the start of the 2013/14 season.

During ten years with the BBC, he has fronted Formula One coverage, the London 2012 Olympics for BBC1 and BBC3 and co-hosted the BBC Sports Personality of the Year.

Speaking about his new role, Jake said: “I’m incredibly excited to be joining the team at BT not just because I get to fulfil a lifelong dream of presenting the Barclays Premier League but because of the fresh perspective that BT will bring to both sport and broadcasting in this country.”

In June we announced that BT has won the rights to show 38 live games a season for three Premier League seasons, including 18 of the best quality ‘first pick’ games – the first time anyone but Sky has won any of the prime live Premier League matches.
