I was never told we had to inform people if spelling mattered at the start of the SNQ. However I agree that spelling does matter in the SNQ.

Whilst I agree it should be stated everytime, it should also always be the same for all habbox events.

Could be but maybe it depends on the event too.

Also, spelling may not matter, typos are sometimes allowed but this should be informed before. In my shout it out I allowed typos, of course if I knew what they said I'd allow it, someone said something like 'beieg' meaning 'beige' you can't speak at the same time as someone and if you know what the first person meant then I'd accept it. However, it's upto the host but you should always say if it does or doesn't before the question or the round. Like I said earlier, if it's a specific thing such as fm, ft then yes make sure it's correct but getting 1 letter one? That isn't that bad.

Haven't been to a quiz where spelling didn't matter? Can't have been to my events then.
I didn't ask for his last name neither. I asked for his name.

Like Kyle said, spelling has always mattered in SNQ and every other quiz I've been to from Habbox, like I've said. Typos always matter as well that's why I don't inform when it doesn't matter, because it always does. For example, I would never accept ''beieg'' instead of ''beige''. I guess I'll have to start going to your events to win as well.

    I agree with this.
Where's the rule saying spelling matters, it's upto the host atm?

Sure, but there should be a good reason, not just on the EO's whim as it's confusing for players.

Then I guess the Managers should establish that rule as I, for example, only host like this because I learned this way from other SNQ hosts.

Lmao for me with hosting, cause of endless trivia to me it would always be correct spelling or nout. I would definitely say tho that spellig should matter tho, even typos shouldn't rly be allowed imo

It was a typo!'' That wouldn't make sense. I lose quizzes because of spelling too, but I take it and move on. I totally disagree about it being favoritism. If it was, we would all misspelling from people we like and not from others.
About the Beethoven question, I did say ''(all three names)'', so no reason to complain about that. About Da Vinci, I admit I didn't say the same as the previous one, but you could have, I don't know, meant the band Da Vinci? Giving the full name he is known by is always better..

Anyway Kyle would still have won, like he said. Well done. B2S Points and VIP requested.
    1) You clearly don't know the difference between a typo and just a load of random letters if you think that is a typo.
    2) I'm not sure who mentioned favouritism.
    3) You said all three for Beethoven yes, so I could quite easily say you didn't want them all for Da Vinci because you didn't ask for it.
    4) Never heard of that band in my life.
    5) If the typos and Da Vinci were allowed, he would not have. Anyway the typos and misspellings were more general rather than directly aimed at yesterdays SNQ.

    1. I was giving an example. I couldn't be bothered to think about an exact word.
    2. Favouritism was mentioned by someone (cba to go check who) so if you give yourself the trouble to look at other comments, you'll see.
    3. Like said above, I asked for his name. Not his last name only. So I could also say that.
    4. Not my fault if you haven't. I have.
    5. Like also said above, typos were never allowed in SNQ. And if someone actually does this is a problem, I'm sure the management will interfeer and quickly create some rules.
