What is the specific model of the motherboard and what did it hang at?
Ah yeah I changed the computer, I'm installing it on an Asus Motherboad, i3 2105, Manged to get past that error as I had it in a USB 3.0 Port, moved it to a USB 2.0 Port and it ran fine, but then it hung at something else ran -v -x USBBusFix. Arch i386, etc, no luck, trying Lion on this.
ASUS P8Z68-V LX
And something about Waiting for CMOS? Can't remember, will double check.
Update! Success!
Got Lion running like a dream....Almost
It was hanging at CSMOS For, well I have no idea why, Tried a different graphics card, and it worked first time, natively supported! Which was unexpected, Nvidia GeForce 210 1GB threw in there (That I thought was broken, tried it for the hell of it) and bam, worked.
Was very simple in the end, Installed on my hardware using the MyHack program which made a nice easy bootable USB, Stuck that in, booted with -v got to the installer, Had an issue at first with it not finding any kernal on reboot, But I didn't install any boot program, so plugged back in my USB, booted via that, Installed EasyBoot, and it works great.
Only issue I have is that my I can't get my wifi working, tried to follow this; http://legacy.tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=59347
But no luck yet, so to get online I am using my iPhone, connecting to my WiFi, then tethering! Not idea, but it works, Been looking into using a Wifi card from a Macbook and then using an PCI Card to get it in and run it.
