They got all her IP info from the Habbo Help tool database - from when it was leaked, or it was leaked again. Big shame really.

No they didn't and I don't even think most people were aware how much was stolen. Peoples phone numbers if they bought credits etc. They should be doing more to protect people...

If they do things like that, couldn't they be sued under the Data Protection Act? It is appalling that we cannot trust larger companies to keep our details safe.

Not sure. Isn't zendesk like a separate company? They should at least ackowledge it and put measures in to protect people.

I was completely unaware phone numbers were stolen, wow. I just had to explain to someone that this hack occurred because he knew nothing about it. It's shameful that everyone hasn't been individually contacted...
