Music and pressure to get the work done to a tight deadline. If I realise I've left my headphones somewhere while I'm at college then I just can't concentrate.

it'll most likely be pressure!! if i get so fed up of myself i'll normally motivate myself really though.

I'm more motivated to do my work under pressure, or a change of scenery like going and doing it in the library. I like doing my work during the night at silly hours too idk why...
