5) Yes. I believe we go to a psychologically state of mind where our actions in life have influenced the "state" that we go into. So, if someone was used to being "immoral" and ""evil"" throughout their life, then that would all be collected + piled upon them in their state of mind because that is the life they're used to (but instead,it all gets piled upon them at once). And vice versa for "good" people.

(that includes seeing them) I just watched Death Note (and the sequel but basically same thing) where the owner of the notebook can see death gods and that's like a ghost. If s/he wasn't too ugly, I'd talk to them, but if they died horrifically in some car crash that left their ghost all misfigured I'd be a bit put off...
