Hi, so my new laptop arrived today from Amazon. The first thing I notice, a dead pixel at the bottom of the screen... @scottish; says I'm not entitled to an exchange or anything because apparently there's a minimum of 17 dead pixels for an exchange? However Amazon have always been good for me when it comes to refunds and exchanges? What would you suggest? I've emailed them about the issue anyways.
I know it's not THAT much of a big deal, but considering it's brand new and I've just noticed it... Well it's IRRITATING.
