Just recently got my whole room plastered and I need to paint it again but I really have no idea what colour to paint it, I prefer darker rooms/colours like brown/grey/red but I'm useless at imagining it

If you paint it white, or some other light color, it'll look bigger. If you paint it with a dark or to bright color, it'll look smaller.
Mine is light grey in two walls, and white in the other two.
So it didn't stay as simple as that, I just added posted, wrote some words on paper and put that up too, and then my wall of stuff

Hey my bedroom is decorated with white color furniture and light sky color wall. Last month the color of my room's wall was white. I change the color of my room's wall once a year matching with my furniture. White furniture makes my room fresh and clean. I change my room's furniture once a year or sometimes 2 years. I purchase white furniture for my room from many popular white furniture shops. I use white color carpet on the floor. But my next decoration plan is really amazing. White color bed, white color wall and white color carpet but in window green color. Also in the bed I will hang a green color scarp from the ceiling.
