Much better but still room for improvement!
-The boat looks slightly out of place, as if it's there purely to show off. Try finding some smaller rares and slide them in subtly.
-The grass patches look very empty still! I stand by what I said earlier about adding in pink pandemic/jimson weed/yellow delights in.
-You appear to be missing some DMs around your grabber? Are you buying more?
-In the "VIP" section (with the giant blue pillows) you either need to raise the pillows or use different grass because I hate hate hate it when the grass half-covers the seat

Only thing slowing down the improvements is money coming in, Hence discounting the Dealers Entry.
With the yacht, I sort of have it pictured in my head that its like a tropical paradise, therefore the boat is the way you got there, know what im saying?
With the empty grass, there will most likely be another row of Dicemasters.
Yeah, I'm buying more DM's, need mahnee though.

the second design looks a lot better, as the first one kinda lacked originality. i'm not a big fan of the empty floor on the far right side, it just looks a bit tacky and i still find the room a bit scattered - but it's a major improvement

@Empired; It wasn't bullying, the reason i posted was to get feedback! Had a peak of 20 people lastnight, room was in the red zone!
