was he not just performing?? he can hardly be expected to dress up to meet someone who came too see him right after he just did a show lol
Don't see what the problem was if he literally got of stage from performing :S
If it was an arranged meet then it would be idiotic to dress like this; but he was performing and doing a meet & greet!
Obviously a slow news week this week....
I read this the other day, I thought it was quite funny actually. I'm sure the prime minister didn't mind considering the circumstances![]()

The reason it's not been posted is because no-one cares of Bieber and his dodgy fashion sense resembling that of a wannabe 1980s gangster (and a crappy white one at that) even though if he were he would probably be the gangs bike or the one person they kick and punch to let off steam ... let alone a meeting with the Canadian Prime Minister.
That said, loads of "celebrities" (and I use that term loosely) meet dignitaries dressed in what they're known to look like so it didn't appear that shocking when I saw it a while ago. The Queen has met people dressed up in odd clothing after meeting the actors, singers and performers after the Royal Variety Act
Agreed.

Tbh I've always wondered what would happen if you went to collect an MBE or something and said AWRITE LIZZIE! (this is completely related and not just going off on a tangent cos you're expected to act/dress posh around presidents and royalty)
I always prefer to wear what's comfortable and try to avoid suits as much as possible![]()
David you're just jealous. The prime minister doesn't need special treatment, idc if it's Justin Bieber or a non famous person, you should be able to dress how you want to..or w.e hehe
not worth discussing! oh my god who cares if he wore that, although i'd be embarrassed if i referred 'alone' as 'a loan'
anyway
