i always get medium to rare, but if im cooking it at home i have to do well done 'cus it's just not as good lol

well done lol. i hate when its red, i love when its brown/black lol

to me, even 2mins each side is far too much for a rare stake. when i cook it, it's literally 30seconds on one side then 1min under the heat lamp. so barely cooked at all.
