    I suppose you could change it but is it a needed thing right now, I mean can't the forum staff work on something more important? It's not a time consuming job to move the threads or anything but I think there are different things that could be done. What I find with other forums on here is that if they're stickied for the official debate then they usually get forgotten about, I think people are used to just seeing it there then clicking to the sub-forum if they want to view others.

    I agree with this slightly, I mean, if we have a Debates manager, why isn't runeaddict given the position of 'Book Club manager'?

    As for the forums, it doen't really matter much either way, I usually access the debates via New Posts anyways, it would be easier if they were all on one page though.

    I actually don't see why we need to have 'official' debates. Lots of them are ridiculous anyways.

    Agreed. But they seem adament the position is needed so hey-ho
