    I wouldn't really say things like whmcs/cpanel are really "technical abilities" as they are just point and click things. But each to their own.

    PHP (Specialisation in high performance)
    SQL
    JS
    HTML/CSS

    Can usually do whatever on any major operating system. I should really learn a new language but I've never had the need to, I've always preferred web stuff, and I can always hack something together in another language if I *really* have to.
