My friend’s boyfriend recently ended their three-year relationship over voicemail without giving a reason on why he was ending the relationship. He then changed his number making sure she could not contact him to question him about the break-up. This got me thinking of various ways a person could end a relationship without actually speaking to them face-to-face. What I would like you to do is to name the worst way either a person has broken-up with you, or you have broken-up with someone.

The worst one I heard was on BBC Radio 2 Confessions.
It was on this man's wedding day, he found out that his best friend/ best man had been sleeping with his wife-to-be. So he went through with the wedding anyway and at the after party during his first little speech, he said that he'd found out and ended by saying '...and now ladies and gentlemen if you'd all like to now join me on the dancefloor for the punch-up'. Then after the brawl went on his honeymoon alone.
