    Hello,
    What forum is the best to use? In a free one?

    Mybb
    SMF
    PHPBB

    or any others that are out their? +REP if you can help me & if it goes well i will be buying a vBulletin forum.

    In my opinion i would say that MyBB is probably the best free forum as i have made one before and its pretty simple to use

    Definitely MyBB, I've always used it for my forums and it just works well imo. Some things aren't as good as vBulletin obviously, but there were things that MyBB had that vBulletin didn't have. There's also a lot of plugins for it, for which I recommend mybbsource.com (not just because I used to work there ) and you can try a demo on the MyBB website (I think).

    Personally I disagree, you can make it look good - a lot depends on the skin you use.
