Why can't they simply just change the name to a default and let you choose a new name with a fair warning? Although Nige is not in the dictionary, its a short for Nigel right? Explain that to them.

I'm awaiting a reply, yes Nigel is my name but Nige for "short" as people would say.
I've explained it all to them, as you've properly read prior to this Customer Services are dreadful.

I've even contacted Paul via Twitter and he said.

"@creepenjeepen It seems obvious that the name is approximate to an offensive term, so the ban stands."

I'm pretty disgusted to be honest, Customer Support is awful, the owner of Habbo/Sulake also thinks a persons name is an offensive term, this is the first I've heard.

I'd accept the ban if It was implanted when the name was crated. However I believe you stated that you've had this name for years, so I'd be pretty annoyed too.

Well in all respects it's very pittyful, banning someone for having their real life name as their username, either way I don't really care now, Habbo is a failed business now and also just lost another "monthly-paying" user.
