They didn't mean taking a poo in the middle of the street. More of public toilets etc.

But that isn't specified anywhere. It just says "Pooing in public" so I assume that's not inside a toilet. If we're talking about public toilets, I wouldn't mind using one, but personally I tend to avoid them.
