IVE DONE P90X it was extremely difficult too
if you're not exercising excessively already it's TOUGH

BUT I WISH YOU LUCK AND YOU NEED A REALLY LARGE SPACE AND I SUGGEST A MAT IF YOU HAVE ONE AND HAVE WATER BESIDE YOU AND A NICE COLD FLOOR TO LIE ON

me and my brother did it, i'd lie on the floor for about half an hour after
it's too hard, never got through it

Well I have to start a new diet as that is the only thing that will get rid of my "problem". So I will need to cut out all sugar unfortunately. So yeh new years resolution is to stick to my new diet... or else!
