The stats script could be set up not to count spammable threads.

But the ''What are you..'' are considered by most HxF users like posts to upgrade your post count, and I think most of us actually liked the fact that they were moved and if you actually notice it, none of those threads were commented since they were moved to assorted because they don't helped your post count anymore..

Technically all threads are spammable, but in your context, if these threads are considered a problem and 'spammable' then why have they had their post count re-enabled?

Good decision. It was simply change for the sake of change. The forum was created for quite literally no reasons... there was no debate over it and this is the result - the change being reverted because it simply did not work.

The logic behind the removal of these threads was non-existent and foggy. Those in favour of the removal of these threads didn't really understand why they wanted the threads moved other than they have some strange, unknown vendetta against them. Facts and strong logic by those against the change clearly won the day here. Post count isn't bragged about, posts aren't worth (objectively) that much and these threads aren't actually spammed in. As for pointless posting, well, a clear lack of knowing what the word "pointless" means was the trouble with that.

This is about the post any images thread for those that don't know. Basically, I posted 11 images that followed all the rules set in the thread and set for the whole forum, yet my posts have been removed for being "stupid".

Can moderators just remove posts for being "stupid"? If I think many peoples posts in that thread are stupid, can I report them? Surely a 'Post any images' thread should allow all images, except those that break the rules?

Kardan the posts I removed from the thread were the images of peoples avatars, signatures and reputation blocks. Stupid images and not something the thread was created for. Everyone is capable of seeing someones signature because it's in their signature.

please just accept that you won't get anything done with this thread and do something else.

11 images in a very short amount of time. You're doing this just because you didn't get your own way. If you want to do that then fine but what you're doing is extremely petty so I don't know why you're so surprised that your posts are being removed.

11 images in 9 hours and 24 mins is considered excessive? Does that mean I can report people that also exceed this? I'm seeing people that are posting 3 images in 6 minutes, but my 11 images in 9h 24 is too much?

The images you posted are all images from the forum. I see you posted peoples avatars and rep blocks. You are the only person that actually seems to care about this change so I think you're going to have to accept it and move on.

What, pray tell, makes a picture of a fish or a guitar or the Habbo logo any less stupid than a rep block? It's either ok to post pointless images or it's not ok to post pointless images, in a thread that says you should post ANY image you can't then say "but not that one"

Posting images of the things you did was not what the thread was created for. The posts you made also created an argument in that thread and so I've also removed your posts (and the argument) because of that.
