She could be doing it, because she thinks it's really begining to piss you off.
Or she's doing it for her own entertainment, as you said yourself, she has no job and has to much time on her hands.

I used to do it with my ex all the time. Because I knew how pissed off he got and how frustrated he became.
Not because I missed him or wanted him back.
