They used to be automaited emails but i'm not sure what they are as it takes so long to get a reply since they installed this "Habbo Help Tool". Oh well it's lame. And yea ione is high up in the sulake company now

I received them too. I received 4 and a reply from a newsie article which i sent in Around 4-5 months. I also reported unaceptable behaivour via the help tool because of 'error photo's' being sold on ebay, I got this reply:
