I've collected all. Just stay in your own spot and spam Genuine constantly and eventually you get the badge for sometime.

This is definitely what I would suggest. It is by far the easiest way for getting the badges. It is annoying though when someone chooses to do the same spot you're doing and they get the badge, making you think 'could that have been mine if you weren't here..? :@' lol

Bit late, but nope, there's a stack that moves the reward box.
The "roller" one is a [WIRED Add-on: Random Effect] box
It made it so even if you said "genuine" at the right time, there's 50% chance you wouldn't get the badge.
