Oh wow, being able to see what's in your guest-rooms without having to actually going into them.

It'd be interesting to see if you could pick up from your inventory.

Maybe you can remotely pick from your room

I'm assuming you'll just be able to go to the room where the item is, like when looking at your rented items.

at last, i've always wanted something like this rather than scouring through my rooms for a piece of furni

No luck. This feature works fully only for "rentables". In "furniture" tab it is disabled in "in inventory" state, so it sort of works same way as it used to.
