just wanted to say that people who are proper self harmers (that is to say there is a medical reason for their behavior) are the people least likely to draw attention to what they do, or even talk about it. cutting yourself doesnt mean you self harm, they are totally different things. i doubt any of you are real self harmers.

although this is annoying when people claim to be ill (usually mentally not physically) but i think the people who really DO have issues are then stuck because they convince themselves that they're just making a fuss over nothing. the people who shout about having issues are usually not nearly as ill as they say they are, but sometimes they can be.
it's not our judgement to make about whether a person is ill or not anyway, that's up to counselors, GPs, etc.
