Aloha, Ladette to Gentlemen.
Okay, so in my spare time I do this personal trainer stuff and run bootcamps on the weekend. So one of my house mates (friend from high school and I consider us good friends), came to a few of the bootcamps where he met a girl by name and that's it. Then a few months later we all went to a gym function where we (her friends, me and the house mate) went to the city for dinner and to a club afterwards to celebrate her birthday where we (house mate and me) met up with our mates at this club too.
After this night house mate and client added each other on Facebook and talked a bit where he eventually got her number (some quick facts: She's is 6-7 years older than us; I get paid about $250 a month from her for training; She isn't my only client, I have many more). Anyway since then they have become good friends including seeing each other in their spare time (dinner, movies, drinks after they finish work etc) and texting every day. After their first night out together they ended up at her house where nothing happened apart from sleeping in the same bed, no spooning etc.
So move on a few weeks and the most they've done is spoon because he "doesn't want to have a sexual relationship with my client in respect to me".
Is it appropriate for me to tell them to back off from each other granted we are all over 21? He makes sexual gestures to her but he does that to everyone anyway but I am worried that it might have an affect on my business.
