Lost my iT7X Headphone Charger

Yup so came back from holiday and it turns out I've misplaced (ie. lost) the charger to these wireless headphones.

Basically there's two wires, one usb to headphone charger cable and one ipod to headphone wire (I wanna call it something along the lines of an avx cable, but I think that may be wrong).

Is there anything I can do to charge these headphones or am I pretty screwed?

On a side note, they are excellent headphones if anyone is considering purchasing a pair.

Already have one of them but the charger was like a usb to this small hole of a few milometers in diameter.

Apparently it's Micro USB charging so as Jack said just get a USB to MicroUSB cable..
