    Default Habbo.com Login Problem

    Hello there.
    So basically, I've just finished a little conversation with a Habbo Helper who has told me that I should come to a forum to tell them my problem, so I've chosen to come here.

    Basically, I log in with my correct email and password, then a box comes up which says:
    "There's a problem with your email

    [my email] is marked as inactive.

    Why?
    * Does your email address exist?
    * Have you blocked all communication from us?
    * Have you marked Habbo emails as spam/junk?
    * Is your email inbox full?
    Re-activate your email or enter a new email address: [my email]
    "

    My email does exist.
    I've already checked who I've blocked from sending me emails, I haven't blocked anyone.
    I haven't marked Habbo emails as spam.
    My inbox is empty.


    Even when I press "send activation email" I do not recieve an email. I can't even change my email address. If I log onto that account, it'll stay on that exact page, and I'm unable to do anything until I activate my email address.

    Any suggestions!?

    Check your spam folders anyway in case they've been sent there automatically

    There isn't anything in my spam folders. Its empty.

    This happened to me quite a while ago. I just wrote into the Help Tool and explained the problem and they offered to change my accounts to a different ID and it worked.

    Well im having the same problem to, except I entered all the information in the help tool, and I get the strangest email back, asking me to enter all this information that I don't really think they needed!

    Yup Same with Me i Replyed to the Help Tool and there has bin No Reply since im confused and i want my habbo account back

    Yeah I know, it's crazy. I think it's just to confirm that you are who you say you are and with that information then they can help you further.
