i didn't edit this i'm just curious if anyone knows, the guy is 99 dung with a primal 2h and you can only get the 2h from a boss which requires 113 dung, he also had 5 binds which requires 120 dung itself.

No clue about the primal but the bin system has changced,
everyone is allowed 10 binds - what ever level.

the dg level effects how may of those binds you can wear at the same time
5 items requires 120
4 90
3 60
2 50

He also may have been reset for botting; unsure if he'd be reset so badly from 120 though.
