I actually don't have any money to spend on this, as its just a small project of mine.

You might be better off using a editor, if you're not wanting to fork out for it.
But generally it's not very expensive anyway.

Try using a program like Serif WebPlus X5, free trial online, a lot easier to use than Dreamweaver per say, however isn't as good, but is a start.
